Is the lake level several inches lower than normal or is the current level the norm?

Ed, I believe the lake level is correct, but the person who could tell you exactly is Jamie Kasey. To me it seems about right. Remember that the lake level is dynamic and depends on rainfall. It takes time for adjustments at the dam to be reflected in the actual lake level.
